1 box of Jiffy cornbread
2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
1 can of cream corn
1/4 tsp of chili powder
1/2-1 cup of shredded cheese
(if you want you can add onions and green peppers)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix first four ingredients together pour half of mixture in a 9 in. greased iron skillet. Top with cheese (and onions and green peppers) then pour remaining cornbread mixture on to cheese. Bake 35-45 minutes.
Enjoy

Good thing you cant see my drool :)
I love cornbread. The can of cream corn is such a good trick. I will admit though that your picture in the skillet makes it seem so much more "authentic" than any cornbread I've ever made.
